Players can explore a vast field, a multi-layered city, a network of mines and caves, or a variety of other locations. In addition to just hacking and slashing, adventuring parties also have discoveries to make and puzzles to solve, and often that means discovering hidden locations.

There are a variety of places like this waiting to be discovered inPathfinder: Wrath of the Just.Some may appear on the world map when one of the party members succeeds on a Perception check. The main character can talk to an NPC who marks it on his map. It can be connected to a side quest or to amythical path, or the location can be revealed by solving a puzzle or finding a piece of paper with the pertinent information on it.
Updated December 16, 2021 by Kristy Ambrose:RPGs always have an expansive world to explore and discover, and gamers are still unraveling the mysteries ofPathfinder: Wrath of the Justmonths after the game's release. Many of these Dark Places are part of Later Acts or tied to specific mythic paths or class progression, which means that some of these locations won't always appear on the world map. It is impossible for a single character to find them all in a single game. With more updates on the way, there may be even more hidden spots for intrepid adventurers to find. We've added a few more to our list, so make those Perception rolls high, otherwise the party might miss some of them.
13 midnight fane
Mightnight Fane is a location in Act 4 that many players never see because it can only be accessed after clearing theIvory sanctuaryand get to Part 4 of the Mythic Path quests. This reveals the location, but there is more to do before the protagonist gets there.
The adventurer party also has to visitArelu's Laboratory, which contains some notes on how to break the demon seals under Drezen that hide the entrance. Midnight Fane is the plane of existence that acts as a bridge between the mortal realm of Golarion and the Midnight Isles. Enter carefully, as many of the battles are time sensitive and players may not be able to go back and complete the ones they didn't finish.
12 the heart of mystery
In case the name isn't too obvious, this location needs to be unlocked elsewhere before it appears on the map. First, one of the characters must make a Nature check and see a place calledunsolved riddlejust south of the main road.

This site contains a cave that resembles an Egyptian tomb. There is a puzzle on the floor, and if you manage to find the missing pieces and put them in the correct order, not only will you be able to open a secret door and get some items, but a ghost will also appear and mark the puzzle.mystery hearton map Location cannot be accessed until Drezen is recovered.
11 thieves hideout
Players cannot venture into the basement ofdefender heartin the first part of the game. If they lose, the secretthieves hideoutremains hidden.
Woljif is currently in prison under Defender's Heart for his connection to an unsolved robbery. Take him out and promise to help him clear his name, he'll join the party and reveal where to find his gang's hideout. Revealing this location has a nice ripple effect, as the next step in this quest reveals the location of the Ancestors and Wonders Shop, which would also remain hidden without this quest.
10 cold brook
This location is only revealed through a conversation with a specific NPC at the start of the game. Find Jernaugh in Defender's Heart and he will mark this location on the map.

Once Drezen is recovered, it is possible to visitArroyo Cillyand check howour proud but hopeful Clericwas alright. This reveals two hidden side quests, Cold Waters and Dark Waves, which should be of particular interest to the Hunter or Druid classes, but are open to any player.
9 pitaxian wine cellar
Speak to the Dhampir Bartender in Defender's Heart to learn more about this ancient wine cellar. It is accessible through Tiefling's Hideout or theBlackwing Library.
This is a simple place that only consists of a few rooms, but if someone in the party is good with battle axes, it might be worth a visit. There are only a few loot guarding creatures here and it's easy to take them down and take what they're guarding; the Tempest and Ice Breaker enchanted battle axes.
8 Cemetery of the martyr Zacharius
Cemetery of the martyr Zachariusappears on the map only after talking to Sosiel and accepting the quest she offers, Goodbye. This quest is time sensitive and must be completed before Drezen can be retaken. Although the name of this place is a reference to the Mythical Path of the Lich, it has nothing to do with the actual Lich, who appears in the Lost Chapel.or the mythical missions.
An innocent and somber memorial service for a few paladins and clerics recently killed in battle turns into a fight against an army of the undead. It's a short and fun diversion from the main plot, which is a bit saturated with demons.
7 laughing caves
Act 5, the Laughing Caves are part of thesecrets of creationquest chain that started in Act 2 at a place calledmystery heart. Visiting this site is completely optional. Unlike other hidden, dark, or secret locations, players can successfully complete the entire game and never see them again.
This is a network of caves located to the east of Cave Citidel. There are several treasures that make the place worth visiting, and it is mandatory to loot the place if the character continues this quest chain. Here are some special tiles that can be used to complete themystery heartenigma.
6 devastated long house
It's a simple, insignificant ruin, and if one of the party members succeeds on a Nature, Knowledge, or Perception check at the right time, that spot will appear on the side of the road. The Shattered Longhouse is far to the north of the Heart of Mystery, and can only be accessed by a separate path.

Here are some special stone tiles that are needed for further quest, so even if it doesn't seem like an important place, it is to find another secret place that is even more interesting. There is also an ancient treasure chest for players.who want more tangible rewards.
5 Dragon's cementery
the dragon graveyardin Pathfinder: WotR is another location that only appears on the world map after a very high perception test. This means that not every player encounters the Dragon Burial Ground, at least not the first time the pie goes through it.
While exploring these ruins, the party meets an archaeologist named Lathimas, and he is able to reveal that after years of study and research, he figured out how to open the Dragon Burial Ground. Spoiler alert, this hidden location is the key to unlocking one of the more obscure advanced classes, thePath of the Golden Mythical Dragon.
4 final veil
final veilis connected tomystery heartOf many ways. This location is filled with ancient Sarkorian ruins and another puzzle that needs to be solved. I still have anotherhidden place that must be discovered and explored firstto obtain the necessary items, a place calledbone hills.
If there seems to be a connection between several of the secret places inPathfinder: Wrath of the Just,it's because it exists. As the characters progress through the story, they will notice that there seems to be a network of portals in certain places and they lead to some common areas. There is one in this hidden place that leads to another secret place known ashidden address.
It is also very well hidden, as the name implies. It's not just experience, but sheer dedication and sheer willpower that gets a character to the point where he doesn't even have the right elements to go in here. There are other secret locations that need to be explored first to get some of the items needed for this one.

While exploring Drezen, the party finds a thanatotic titan minor rune after looting a cultist. Keep an eye out for places in the city where the rune can be placed as keys on certain walls. There are four rune slots scattered around the city, but the same rune is used to unlock them all. After fighting some enemies, the party interrupts a group of cultists and thwarts their evil plans.
2 tombstone
Gravestone Rock is a notable place in local legend because it has remained intact despite Worldwoud erupting almost next to it. It is only accessible in Act 5 if the player is doingThe weight of my sword,Seelah Matchmaking Resolutionwhich started in Act 1.
The abandoned thread of what happened to the people involved inThe League of Inspirational Cartshe's stuck here. It is revealed what happened to Seela's friends and if the protagonist rescues them, they can be recruited to help save the party.
1 the enigma
As it appears, this location is hidden behind a puzzle and a portal. Players must complete a treasure hunt that includes collecting four skins to test, and some of them in dangerous or secret locations that also require solving a puzzle or defeating clever and dangerous enemies.
This puzzle is one of many interesting puzzles found in themystery heart, which itself is a secret location found by solving a puzzle. There are side quests that need to be completed here to continue the Secrets of Creation quest chain further on.
